An Introduction for Board members and senior staff

Targeted at Board members, Executive Directors and senior staff of small and mid-sized organizations.
Risk management is a critical responsibility of Board and staff alike. This workshop is an introduction to key concepts and a methodology to identify and analyze risk and to develop tactics deal with those risks.
- Does your board understand the risks in your organization? Is the board satisfied with how those risks are mitigated/managed/monitored?
- Does the organization have a risk management framework in place?
- Does everyone understand their role in managing risk?
Chris Govern will be leading the workshop. Chris has many years of experience working with Boards on various governance issues.
