Mark Ellwood, president of Toronto-based Pace Productivity Inc, is an internationally known productivity consultant. He shows organizations how employees can improve the time they spend on their top priority activities. He also creates terrific teams through training, team building and facilitation. Mark has extensive media experience and is an award winning speaker. Since 2004 he has been a volunteer consultant with Management Advisory Service (MAS). Mark’s areas of expertise with MAS include facilitation, strategic planning, board governance, and team building. Mark also has practical experience in the non-profit area as a directors and chair of the board of the Revue Film Society.

Bobby Siu is an Adjunct Professor at York University, and is the author of several books and professional articles. He has been a management consultant since 1989. He had working experiences in the public, broader public, private and non-profit sectors and his extensive community volunteer work was awarded by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. He has volunteered for MAS since 1997, and had sat on boards of directors of many non-profit organizations. His speaking topics centered on public policy, management, and social/economic justice issues. His past public speaking engagements included George Brown College’s convocation ceremonies, Ontario Human Rights Commission’s policy dialogues, and public forums of many community, business and professional organizations.

Before his retirement, Norm Kondo was the President of a national professional organization (Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals). Prior to that, he also worked with the Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Norm joined MAS in 2014 and as a member of the Governance practice shares his hands-on experience of 28 years working with CAIRP’s Board.
